La Quinta
La Quinta has a personality all its own.
Old Town La Quinta offers local restaurants, boutiques, and community events that give the city a welcoming small-town feel, while the surrounding neighborhoods include everything from luxury golf communities to family-friendly developments.
The Santa Rosa Mountains create an incredible backdrop, and outdoor enthusiasts love the easy access to hiking, biking, and golf.
Many buyers visit La Quinta once and immediately understand why so many people never want to leave.
Cathedral City
Cathedral City has quietly become one of the valley's best values.
Its central location makes it easy to reach Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert in just minutes, while home prices often allow buyers to get more for their money.
